Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an EVS Director to lead housekeeping operations in a hospital setting. You will oversee the coordination of Directors and Operations Managers and serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments.

You will manage budgets, monitor expenditures, develop operating budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies while promoting staff development and quality management.

Formación

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Three years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare account required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High customer service and quality attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
• Public speaking skills.
• Ability to participate in budgeting and facility planning.
• Excellent stress management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments.
• Manage department financial data and statistics and monitor expenditures.
• Develop and implement the department operating budget and ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Communicate actively with administration and other hospital departments.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise department functions.
