Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an EVS Director to lead the Housekeeping Department in a hospital setting. You will direct and coordinate the work of assistant directors and operations managers, ensuring alignment with hospital administration and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee budgets, expenditures, and department standards while mentoring staff and promoting education programs to drive quality and efficiency across environmental services and patient areas.

Qualificações

• Four year college degree or related experience required.
• Five years of housekeeping management experience in a healthcare account required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• General business acumen and customer service focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
• Proficient in Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Serve as liaison between administration and hospital departments.
• Monitor financial data and unit expenditures.
• Develop and manage department operating budget and ensure budget compliance.
• Promote compliance with regulatory agencies and facility goals.
