Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; may include emergency off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with required software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicate with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
• Provide quality service, meet company and customer metrics, and maintain professional relationships with hospital staff.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes equipment for patient ready use following protocols.
