Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Customer Service Technician I in Lafayette, LA to deliver and manage medical equipment for a district office. The role includes delivering equipment to customers, educating them on features, and ensuring accurate documentation for billing and inventory.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work a 3pm–11:30pm shift with rotating on-call duties, supporting a 24/7 schedule when needed.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers and return equipment to the office.
• Educate customers on features and functionality during delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
