Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc is hiring a Customer Service Technician I for the Hammond, LA location. Day Shift & Rotating Weekends; pay is $18.00 per hour plus benefits.

You will safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment, retrieve equipment from customer sites, and educate customers on features during delivery. You’ll also complete paperwork for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance, with a 24/7 schedule and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Customer service experience.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers.
• Retrieves equipment from customer locations, safely transporting the equipment back to the office.
• Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery, keeping customers informed on the features and functionality of the equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner to ensure accurate documentation for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
