Agiliti in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Technician I to support Green Bay District in De Pere. You will safely load, transport, and deliver medical equipment, assist customers, and complete paperwork for billing and inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• Be 21 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience; prior hospital setting helpful.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and emergency off-hours for a 24/7 schedule.
• Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Aufgaben

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers; retrieve equipment from locations and return to office.
• Educate and engage customers at delivery, informing them on features and functionality of equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
