Agiliti Health, Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin is hiring a Customer Service Technician I to load, deliver, and retrieve medical equipment for a district office.

You will educate customers on equipment use and ensure accurate documentation for billing and inventory. The role requires 21+ years old, a valid driver's license with a clean record, customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver1s license with a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and emergency off-hours for 24/7 support.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb, squat, kneel, crawl as needed.

Responsabilités

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers and return equipment to the office.
• Educate customers at delivery on features and functionality of equipment.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
