Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Healthcare Environmental Technician to manage a product collection program at customer sites. A personal vehicle is required for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include inspections, data collection via a mobile app, and weekly reporting to improve program efficiency. Role requires a high-school diploma, valid driver's license, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to drive between client sites and conduct inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Product Collection Program on customer sites and coordinate between locations.
• Provide inspection services including bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, and packaging for shipment.
• Prepare weekly reports detailing activities and help improve program efficiencies.
• Handle project billing and cost tracking as needed.
• Maintain inventory of inspection supplies and credentials to service client locations.
• Participate in training provided by Arcwood and respond to client needs, including after-hours support.
• Take on additional duties to support the team and organization.
