Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Healthcare Environmental Technician to manage a Product Collection Program on customer sites, with mileage reimbursement for travel between sites. You will perform inspections, collect data via a mobile app, compile weekly reports, and support program efficiencies.

A high-school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; prior customer service experience is preferred. This role may involve after-hours support and additional duties to assist the team.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous work experience in a customer service setting is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other various facility inspections as required.
• Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities and works with the client to achieve program efficiencies.
• Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed.
• Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections.
• Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at the client locations.
• Completes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood.
• Responds as needed to provide assistance to customers during off hours.
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
