Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Healthcare Environmental Technician to manage a product collection program at client sites. A personal vehicle is required for travel between sites with mileage reimbursement; hours vary from 10–20 per week.

Role emphasizes safety, inspections, data collection via a mobile app, weekly reports, billing, and training. A valid driver's license and prior customer service experience are preferred, with after-hours responsiveness as needed.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous work experience in a customer service setting is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between client sites are required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other facility inspections.
• Prepares weekly submission of reports detailing activities via mobile app and works with the client to improve program efficiencies.
• Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed.
• Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections.
• Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at client locations.
• Completes all necessary Arcwood training.
• Responds to provide assistance to customers during off hours as needed.
• Takes on additional duties to support the team and organization.
