Job summary

Responsibilities include sanitizing rooms, restocking supplies, operating cleaning equipment safely, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cleaning or environmental service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, including rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other workspaces.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and dusts floors, furniture, and equipment.
• Performs maintenance of hard and carpeted surfaces per procedures.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, woodwork, door panels, and other surfaces.
• Restocks supplies and reports shortages to ensure availability.
• Handles trash and biohazardous materials safely per HIPAA standards.
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Assists with minor repairs and reports larger facility issues.
• Performs other duties and maintains regular attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
