Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift or move objects as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with policies.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, including rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, elevators and stairways.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and dusts floors, furniture, and equipment.
• Maintains floors and upholstery as per procedures.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, woodwork and doors to maintain hygiene.
• Restocks supplies and reports shortages.
• Handles trash and biohazardous materials safely per HIPAA protocols.
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Performs other duties and ensures reliable attendance.
