Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries or complaints from customers using designated engagement techniques.
• Cleans and disinfects patient rooms and ancillary areas per procedures.
• Uses Bed Management systems and related technology.
• Replenishes supplies and handles waste daily as directed.
