Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Technician II to maintain a safe, clean, healing environment by performing daily room cleaning and timely turnovers to support patient throughput.

The role emphasizes infection prevention, proper chemical use, and awareness of safety standards. Responsibilities include disinfecting patient rooms, reallocating supplies, and using Bed Management systems when applicable.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in healthcare support services, EVS, hospitality, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and disinfects patient rooms and ancillary areas daily.
• Operates UV disinfection machine as needed.
• Replenishes supplies and handles waste daily.
• Adheres to infection prevention guidelines and PPE.
• Reports unsafe conditions and assists in onboarding new EVS staff.
