Yona Solutions is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff at a healthcare site. You will ensure quality service, safety compliance, inventory control, and effective communication across shifts.

This role requires hands-on supervision, training, and the ability to coordinate tasks with administrators and residents. You will develop staff, conduct audits, manage supplies, and uphold infection control practices while acting as a professional

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping, laundry and floor care teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across shifts and departments.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines, infection control practices and standard precautions.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires and orients housekeeping, floor care and laundry staff.
• Communicates between shifts to ensure task completion.
• Maintains staffing levels and schedules housekeeping staff.
• Supervises, coordinates and evaluates Housekeeping employees and delegates work.
• Trains workers in housekeeping methods and equipment operation; issues supplies.
• Performs daily audits to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Cross trains staff for multiple positions and duties.
• Adheres to policies, safety and infection control standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
