You will manage hiring, training, and supervision, and work with facility staff to sustain safe, clean, and welcoming environments. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred; high school diploma/GED acceptable when paired with related experience.
• Experience supervising staff in a healthcare housekeeping setting is desired.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service mindset are essential.
• Ability to motivate staff and maintain quality service under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and orient housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance; ensure sanitary and safe environments.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and supply usage to meet service goals.
• Maintain records for inventory, compliance, and personnel files.
• Coordinate with other departments to support resident care and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and survey readiness.
