Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ leadership/management experience preferred.
• 1+ technical experience required.
• Certified Healthcare Environmental Service Professional (CHESP) preferred.
• Florida Level 2 background screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage clean linen distribution and track linen supplies.
• Oversee staff workload, training, hiring, evaluating, and discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO, Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Monitor and replenish supplies; maintain equipment and cleanliness.
• Coordinate reporting logs and safety procedures, including inspections.
