AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is seeking a Night Shift Linen Supervisor to manage distribution, supervise staff, and ensure clean, compliant operations. The role requires leadership experience in hospital housekeeping and strong knowledge of infection prevention and safety standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and maintaining records, with attention to regulatory guidelines and patient satisfaction. Night shifts and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years hospital housekeeping or other building maintenance experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year supervisor experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Knowledge of Infection Prevention Practices.
• Ability to manage expenses and work within a budgeting process.

Responsibilities

• Manages clean linen distribution and tracks linen supplies.
• Supervises staff, schedules, trains, and evaluates performance.
• Ensures equipment and supplies are clean and in working condition.
• Reviews policies to ensure compliance with JCAHO, Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards.
• Addresses patient satisfaction concerns promptly.
