HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) is seeking an EVS Supervisor to join the Ocala Regional Medical Center housekeeping team. This full-time role will oversee a team of Specialty Project Techs, coordinating floor projects, pressure washing, air duct cleaning, and minor repairs to maintain a safe, clean hospital environment.

You will conduct inspections, manage supplies, assist with payroll and administrative tasks, and ensure coverage across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• GED or high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Specialty Project Techs based out of Ocala with downtime in Ocala.
• Perform floor projects, pressure washing, air duct cleaning, and minor facility repairs.

• Assist with cleaning areas of the hospital to ensure full coverage.

Job Description We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team! Support the housekeeping (EVS) department leadership to maintain a high level of cleanliness and consistency throughout all areas of the hospital. Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Responsibilities Janitorial Supervisor Wage: $19/hour Full-time position available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Location: Ocala Regional Medical Center/ This job will require travel throughout Florida and Georgia.

Responsibilities

• This position will supervise a team of Specialty Project Techs that will be based out of Ocala and will spend downtime in Ocala.
• This team will perform a multitude of duties including, floor projects, pressure washing, air duct cleaning, and minor facility repairs.
• Perform daily inspections and maintain quality control programs.
• Manage supplies and ensure team members have the equipment necessary to complete job assignments.
• Assist with payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
• Assist with cleaning areas of the hospital as needed to ensure full coverage.
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• GED or high school diploma.
• Experience as a supervisor preferred.
• Preferred: Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare).

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift.
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift.
• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants.
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job.
