Qualifications

• Supervising environmental services staff and coordinating shifts.
• Knowledge of OSHA CMS and TJC standards is preferred.
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EVS technicians, floor techs, and laundry staff on assigned shifts.
• Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely processing and infection prevention compliance.
• Conduct inspections of patient/resident rooms and public spaces for quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CMS, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate daily staffing assignments and workflows to meet operations needs.
• Report departmental performance and issues to the Manager or Director.
