Michigan Medicine seeks an Intermediate Supervisor for Environmental Services (EVS) to oversee a team of 15+ staff. You will manage scheduling, payroll, training, inspections, and performance for high-quality cleaning and infection prevention standards.

You will coach staff, drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory readiness, and communicate effectively with leadership and clinical partners. Evening shifts, with weekends/holidays as needed, onsite.

Qualifikationen

• Supervisory experience in environmental services or related field.
• Ability to supervise 10+ employees and manage payroll/timekeeping.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Direct supervision for EVS staff and 15+ employee teams.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and room turnaround to ensure timely service.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Infection Prevention, Joint Commission, and safety requirements.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and timekeeping with HR policies.
