Job summary

Inland Northwest Behavioral Health is seeking an Environmental Services Worker to perform routine cleaning of patient rooms, offices, and public areas. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, following infection control and safety procedures, and ensuring appropriate linens are stocked and available.

You will work under the director of Plant Operations and contribute to a respectful, patient-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in commercial housekeeping.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, nursing units, clinical areas, offices, lounges, lobbies, waiting areas and restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and public spaces.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment following safety protocols.
• Maintain appropriate linens in the facility.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and adhere to infection control and OSHA regulations.
• Follow safety procedures when using power floor care equipment.
• Participate in facility in-services and staff development activities.
