BayCare is seeking a Manager Area Environmental Services to provide oversight of environmental services and laundry across multiple facilities in the Tampa Bay area. Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental services and laundry operations across hospitals.
• Plan and direct cost-effective environmental programs including waste management and recycling.
• Develop and implement program improvements and policy recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Infection Control on infection-control processes and waste management.
• Prepare budget recommendations and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Lead hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions for the team.
• Monitor productivity, staff development, and compliance with laws and standards.
• Ensure resources and aseptic conditions to deliver excellent service.
