Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join our Environmental Services Manager in Training program. You will learn to manage your own account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility with hands-on and computer-based training.

The paid 12-week program develops you to lead environmental services within healthcare settings. Training emphasizes policy compliance, staff development, and liaison work with administrators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Must have computer skills for records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
