Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is offering an Environmental Services Manager in Training program designed to develop you to oversee housekeeping, laundry and floor care at a long-term care facility. The 12-week paid program combines hands-on and computer-based training to prepare you to run an environmental services operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Must have computer skills for records and reports, including web-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
