Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) offers an Environmental Services Manager in Training program at a long-term care facility. This 12-week paid program provides hands-on and computer-based training to develop expertise in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations under supervision.

You will learn to manage a facility account, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while advancing your career within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain records and complete reports; computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, communicating directives.
