Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is offering an Environmental Services Manager in Training program at a long-term care facility. You will learn to manage your own account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations through hands-on and computer-based training during a structured 12-week program.

The program develops you to lead environmental services with a focus on compliance, staff development, and quality of resident experiences, with opportunities for career growth within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
