Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Environmental Services Manager in Training to learn how to manage an account and oversee housekeeping, laundry and floor care at a long-term care facility. This paid 12-week program combines hands-on and computer-based training to prepare you for independent environmental services leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Must have computer skills and web-based reporting ability.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
