The 12-week paid program combines hands-on supervision of housekeeping, laundry, and floor care with computer-based training to prepare you for leadership within healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Must be organized with strong communication skills.
• Comfort with computer-based training and reporting.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and staff, communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
