Qualifications

• Needs strong organization and communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain records and complete reports electronically.
• Comfort with web-based reporting systems and documentation.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, communicating directives.
