Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and basic reporting tasks.
• Experience or familiarity with healthcare facility operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.

• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and staff.
