Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites motivated individuals to join its Environmental Services Manager in Training program at a long-term care facility. The program is structured and paid for 12 weeks, designed to develop hands-on and computer-based skills to oversee environmental services.

You will learn to manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, with opportunities for growth within HCSG.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
