Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) offers an Environmental Services Manager in Training program designed to develop you to manage a long-term care facility's housekeeping, laundry and floor care operations. This structured, paid 12-week program combines hands-on learning with computer-based training.

Join HCSG to gain leadership experience, learn compliance with policies and regulations, and prepare for advancing responsibilities within healthcare environmental services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills to maintain records and reports.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
