Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) offers an Environmental Services Manager in Training program designed to develop you to manage and oversee environmental services in a healthcare setting. The 12-week program combines hands-on and computer-based training to prepare you for responsibilities in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Must have computer skills and ability to maintain records and complete reports.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
