Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites applications for an Environmental Services Manager in Training. The program teaches you to manage an account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility with hands-on and computer-based training.

The role supports a structured, paid 12-week program designed to develop leadership in environmental services within healthcare, including compliance with policies and regulations and effective communication with administrators

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills with ability to maintain records and complete reports (web-based reporting).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
