Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a hands-on operations leader to oversee environmental services teams in a hospital setting. You will manage scheduling, training and daily operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and efficiency, while supporting a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

You will drive people management activities, including performance reviews, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards across facilities operations.

This is a 120 bed specialty ortho hospital located in Roxbury Crossing, MA. Operating Room/Emergency Dept experience required. The GM will oversee an Operations manager and a team of 35-40 frontline employees, reporting to the Multi-Service GM.This position will be overseeing a team of patient transporters, reporting to the Operations Manager 3. Some weekends and holidays may be required.About the jobIn this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee frontline environmental services teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
