Job summary

Yona Solutions is seeking a District Manager to lead housekeeping and laundry operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Maryland and Delaware. You will travel regularly to facilities, oversee Environmental Services Directors, and drive quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staff hiring and development, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and maintaining survey-ready operations.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent experience strongly desired.
• Two years’ experience in housekeeping services and multi-facility management in a healthcare environment.
• General business acumen and strong staff motivation/supervision skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations of housekeeping and laundry across multiple facilities.
• Visits each facility regularly to provide feedback and develop managers.
• Maintains client satisfaction and ensures sanitary, safe, and orderly environments.
• Forecasts supplies and equipment; maintains records of inventory and expenses.
• Hires, orients, and manages Environmental Services Managers and Supervisors.
• Ensures staffing levels and compliance with CBAs and regulatory standards.
• Leads meetings, coordinates across departments, and drives quality improvements.
