Yona seeks a District Manager to oversee housekeeping and laundry across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Towson, MD, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will lead operations, manage budgets, train staff, visit facilities, and drive resident satisfaction while maintaining survey readiness and safety.

This position requires strong leadership, cross-department collaboration, and a commitment to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree strongly desired; related healthcare facility experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-facility management and housekeeping services is desired.
• Ability to motivate and supervise staff and manage operations under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Visits each facility in the district regularly to meet managers and provide feedback for development.
• Ensures facilities are clean, sanitary, safe, and adequately supplied to support quality resident care.
• Maintains client relations and ensures satisfaction with services provided by Yona.
• Trains workers in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures and equipment use.
• Supervises Environmental Services Directors and Supervisors; maintains staffing levels.
• Forecasts purchases of cleaning supplies and equipment; manages reports and records.
• Interviews and orients managers and supervisors; ensures survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Drives financial goals by managing cost-effective program operations across facilities.
