HCA Healthcare, Inc. in Round Rock, TX seeks an Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the facility as directed by leadership. You will support patient experience by identifying service gaps and improving efficiency in cleaning processes.

The role requires a high school graduate with 1+ years in healthcare or housekeeping, with benefits discussed as part of the package.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety and sanitation expectations.
• Maintain Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources to eliminate waste.
