Job summary

St. David's Round Rock Medical Center is seeking an Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in line with leadership expectations.

The role focuses on safety, sanitation, appearance standards, and supporting patient experience improvements through proactive housekeeping practices. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred) and 1+ year experience in healthcare or housekeeping/service fields (preferred).

• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred
