Aramark in New York is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead energy-efficient operations for client facilities across New York State, with emphasis on energy conservation projects.

You will develop cost analyses, create technical reports, and collaborate with facility service contractors while applying advanced control strategies and BAS/DDC systems to optimize system performance. Candidates should have a mechanical or electrical engineering background and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with 5+ years in facility management or energy engineering.
• 10 years of technical experience waives degree requirement.
• CEM certification is a plus.
• Strong HVAC/controls background on large scale boiler/chiller plants and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in BAS and DDC systems; ability to implement advanced control strategies.
• Strong problem solving and communication and collaborative team-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills (writing sample required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Must be located within reasonable commuting distance; driver’s license and vehicle access required.
