Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of commercial construction field experience, a track record in leadership roles, and a strong MEP background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Experience in roles such as Superintendent, Field PM, or Construction Manager.
• Healthcare construction experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• MEP trade background is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from planning through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Ensure work is safe and compliant with standards and project requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve field issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations leadership to achieve outcomes.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
