Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is actively seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager in Charleston, SC. This role is pivotal for managing day-to-day operations on large healthcare construction projects, focusing on project management, coordination, and communication with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in commercial drywall construction, with specific expertise in healthcare environments. Strong leadership and detailed documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial drywall construction experience preferred.
• Prior healthcare or hospital construction experience required.
• Experience with drywall systems and rated wall assemblies strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in a project trailer/office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for large healthcare construction projects.
• Coordinate field activities with subcontractors and MEP trades.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and wall rating requirements.
• Serve as the primary communication point between field teams, ownership, and stakeholders.
