Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in employee relations or investigations.
• Experience conducting interviews (in-person and remote).
• Strong analytical and legal writing skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reports of policy violations, including hotline complaints and workplace violence.
• Conduct confidential, thorough workplace investigations.
• Define scope and interview plan and identify initial witnesses and parties.
• Partner with HRBP and Employee Relations peers for consistency.
• Maintain documentation of cases and track outcomes.
• Stay current on laws, regulations, and investigative practices.
• Provide guidance to leaders on Employee Relations issues and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with Legal Affairs and OIE as needed.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver trainings on employee relations.
