Trinity Health Muskegon seeks an Emergency Management Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of emergency management and healthcare preparedness across hospitals, practices, and affiliated facilities. The role coordinates planning, policy maintenance, and training to strengthen resilience and continuity of operations system-wide.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety, Public Administration, or related field.
• Valid State of Michigan Driver's license.
• Three years of disaster and emergency planning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing emergency management.
• Knowledge of emergency/disaster planning principles and practices.
• Knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage and coordinate disaster recovery operations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to analyze information under emergency operating conditions and direct actions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and implements the Trinity Health Muskegon Emergency Preparedness Program.
• Maintains and updates the institution's EOP, HVA, BCP, and related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensures EOP and preparedness materials are reviewed annually by leadership.
• Participates in local, regional, and state Emergency Preparedness committees and coalitions.
• Prepares documentation for education, exercises, equipment and grants.
• Organizes and implements periodic preparedness exercises and drills.
• Uses FEMA guidelines and tools to plan, conduct, evaluate and document drills for process improvement.
