Job summary

Apogee Consulting Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Electrical Designer to design and coordinate building electrical systems from concept through construction. You will prepare construction drawings, support project delivery, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to deliver code-compliant, efficient solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least four years of electrical/technology design experience, knowledge of NEC/NFPA, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
Minimum four years of electrical/technology design experience.
Knowledge of NEC and NFPA standards.
Experience with Revit and AutoCAD MEP encouraged.

Responsibilities

Assist electrical team in developing building electrical designs and technology systems.
Designs and produces construction drawings for power distribution, lighting, and low‑voltage systems.
Coordinate with other disciplines.
Perform field investigations and site visits.
Review product data submittals and respond to construction period needs.
