Job summary

Apogee Consulting Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Architectural Designer to transform concept into complete, code-compliant construction documents using Revit. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to produce high-quality drawings and design deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of architectural drafting experience, familiarity with healthcare projects, and proficiency in Revit, MS Office, and Enscape.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Associates degree required; BA/BS in Architecture or related discipline preferred.
• Three+ years of architectural drafting experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, MS Office Suite, and Enscape.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, construction documents, and design deliverables using Revit.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and visual presentations from sketches and concepts.
• Translate design intent into constructible solutions while ensuring code compliance.
• Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and document existing conditions to inform design development.
• Support design reviews and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet project schedules in a fast-paced environment.
