Job summary

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) seeks an Account Executive to oversee San Diego and surrounding counties in healthcare-focused student recruitment. The base salary starts at $75,000 with potential six-figure earnings after five years. New hires train in Phoenix, AZ.

Must reside within 50 miles of the territory and have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, organization, and coaching skills. Travel will be required to cover nursing, healthcare and behavior health verticals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong academic record.
• 3+ years in outside business development, consultative sales or account management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: develop territory plans, drive inquiry generation and partnerships.
• Partner and influencer: counsel prospective students, families and partners via in-person, phone or email.
