Personify Health, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Data Operations for on-site work in Tempe, AZ. You will coordinate data feeds (EDI/835/837), ensure successful configuration, and align data operations with key business priorities while collaborating with Account Managers, clients, and benefits partners.

You will work with internal Data Operations teams to execute data exchanges, monitoring, testing, and process improvements in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Completed a B.S./M.S. in Healthcare Administration, Project Management or relevant equivalent
• 5-9 years’ experience in Business Analyst, Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Engineer, EDI Specialist, or related Medical Insurance roles
• Knowledge of File Transfer and EDI processes (eligibility, claims, accumulators)
• Experience coordinating with Account Managers, Implementation Managers, clients, and benefits partners
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence; strong collaboration tools experience
• Ability to analyze data, gather requirements, and provide insights for decision-making
• Experience with ANSI 5010 transactions like 837, 835, 834, 270/271

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data operations teams; requirements gathering, file specs, execution and monitoring
• Configure inbound/outbound EDI connections with internal/external partners and resolve issues
• Facilitate change management for client benefit changes
• Engage stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and success criteria
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Provide regular status updates, milestones and KPIs
• Drive process improvements for data workflows
• Coordinate with external vendors as needed
