Job summary

Personify Health, Inc. sits at the heart of healthcare data, centralizing claims, eligibility, and remittance testing. This role tests and troubleshoots HIPAA X12 transactions (837, 835, 834, 270/271, 276/277) and partners with development teams to fix mappings.

You’ll lead UAT/SIT cycles, build test data, and ensure live production flows stay accurate across partners. We value hands-on experience with EDI, SQL databases, and tools like Edifecs or ClarEDI, plus Jira/Confluence usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with healthcare EDI transactions and HIPAA 4010/5010 standards
• Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting X12 transaction sets (837, 835, 834, 270/271, 276/277)
• Experience writing test plans and Companion Guide documentation

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot core EDI transactions: 837, 835, 834, 270/271, 276/277
• Diagnose transaction-level errors and partner with dev teams to fix mappings
• Resolve live production issues to keep data flowing
• Lead UAT, SIT, and end-to-end testing for onboarding and upgrades
• Develop test data and maintain test documentation
